Refund Policy for Classes

If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know a minimum of one week in advance to receive a refund. Cancellations made less than a week will receive a credit to a future workshop.  Any cancellations made with less than a 48 hour notice will not receive a credit or refund. This does not allow us enough time to fill your seat. No credit or refunds will be issued for same day cancellations. No exceptions. If a student cannot make a workshop and canceled without the credit period they have the option to pick up their materials for the workshop at a later date. Perishable materials such as taxidermy and entomology specimens do not apply.

If a class is canceled on the shops behalf due to an instructor illness or a lack of seats being filled, a full refund will be issued or the option to join the new class, at the attendees preference. However, our refund policy still applies to rescheduled class cancellations. If a class is canceled due to unsafe driving conditions and inclement weather, the class will be rescheduled and attendee has the option to join the new class or receive a credit for a future class. Refunds are not issued for classes canceled due to inclement weather.

Attendance

Class reservations are per seat unless the class is listed as a "couples" workshop. Every adult must purchase a ticket to attend. For children under 12 that would like to attend with an adult please email to set up additional seating.

All classes start 5 minutes past class time to allow everyone time to arrive. Instructor will not go over missed materials for arrivals more than 15 minutes late.
