We are honored that you are considering us to preserve your pets memory. Due to our small team email responses can take 3-4 business days at times. During this time it is important that your pet is frozen immediately post mortem while waiting for a response. Freezing stops the decomposition process which allows us to offer a variety of memorial services for your pet. When freezing your pet place it in a sealed bag or container to prevent feezer damage.

We do not. There are a lot of different laws in regards to shipping organic material internationally. And each country has its own rules that change frequently. Because of this we play it safe and stick to just domestic shipping.

Packages will be shipped priority 7-9 business days and Express 3-5. Customs take 1-3 weeks to ship. Please pay attention to the listing for shipping times.

We package everything very carefully. Should this happen we will do our absolute best to fix your experience. How we handle damaged orders is based off the damage. If the piece can be fixed you will have the option to ship it back to us for damage repair or ship back for refund. Return shipping is covered by us.

We do! Private classes, bridal parties, birthday parties, etc. We would love to host your party. To inquire about hosting a private class please fill out the contact form on our website.

We offfer a variety of customs online. If something you like is not online or out of stock don't hesitate to reach out via email or the contact form! We may have another available in store that we can ship to you.

We have a very large dermestid beetle colony that does most of our bone processing. Utilizing beetles helps keep little bone details intact like nose bones. Almost all of our bones are cleaned in house by our team. We offer bone cleaning services if you have an item that you need processed.

I wish we could but they are just too fragile. We do ship a handful of our preserved miniworlds.

Unfortunately not all of our handmade items can ship. It may be due to the fragile nature, liquid content or shipping laws. If it is not online we more than likely can't ship it.
