Refund Policy for Classes
If you are unable to attend a class, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the scheduled start time to receive a refund or class credit. This time allows us to fill your seat.
If you cancel outside of the credit window, you may arrange to pick up your workshop materials at a later date. materials will be held for one week post the class date at your request. Perishable materials, including taxidermy and entomology specimens, are excluded from material pickup. Materials will be held for one week post class date.
Class credits are issued one time only. If you use a class credit to book a new workshop and later cancel, the credit and any associated refund will be forfeited.
Class Cancellations by The Shop
If a class is canceled by The Terrorium Shop due to instructor illness or insufficient enrollment, you may choose to receive a full refund or transfer into a rescheduled class.
If a class is canceled due to inclement weather or unsafe driving conditions, the class will be rescheduled. Attendees may transfer into the new date or receive a class credit. Refunds are not issued for weather-related cancellations.
If you transfer into a rescheduled class and later cancel, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
Attendance Policy
Class reservations are per seat unless the class is specifically listed as a Couples Workshop. Each attending adult must purchase a ticket.
If a child under 12 would like to attend with a ticketed adult, please email in advance to arrange additional seating.
Classes begin 5 minutes after the scheduled start time to allow for arrivals. Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may not receive a full review of missed instruction.
