Damaged in Shipping
If a product arrives damaged it will be replaced or refunded per sellers discretion.

If you order an unmounted insect specimen and an antennae, leg, or abdomen is broken a refund will not be issued. Loss of these items is common when dealing with unmounted dried specimens. They are easily repaired and seen as part of the mounting process.

Lost Package

If a package is lost a claim will be filed via usps and we will go through usps claim process.

Other

if you are not happy with your order a full refund will be issued upon return of said items in good condition. Buyer pays return shipping.

For made to order pieces please allow 1-3.5 weeks for shipping. Each made to order item time is different so please read the listing for custom pieces.  Made to order items will have the time needed to complete the piece on the product description. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that order animal remains that violate state laws.  When buying animal remains please be aware of your state laws.
