Damaged in Shipping

If a product arrives damaged it will be replaced or refunded per sellers discretion. 

Insect Specimen Policy

If you order an unmounted insect specimen and an antennae, leg, or abdomen is broken a refund will not be issued. Loss of these items is common when dealing with unmounted dried specimens. They are easily repaired and seen as part of the mounting process. Damage to wings will be fully refunded.

Lost Package

If a package is lost in transit and the tracking number is showing that it is lost it is the customers responsibility to file a claim via the shipping facility (usps, fedex, UPS) 

Stolen package

If a package is shown as delivered via tracking information but the customer did not receive the package, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim for the stolen package. Once a package leaves our facility we do not have control over the delivery. If there is an issue with delivery it must be handled with the shipping third party and not The Terrorium Shop.

Return to Sender

If a package is returned to sender due to an address error on the customers part, The Terrorium Shop will correct the address error on receipt of items and reship the package with the correct address information at the cost of the customer. Customer will be responsible for return shipping price. If customer does not want return shipping, a full refund on will be issued minus the shipping cost.

Other

if you are not happy with your order a full refund will be issued upon return of said items in good condition. Buyer pays return shipping.

Because of this we do have longer fulfillment times. For standard priority shipping please allow 7-9 business days. Express shipping, 3-5 business days.  You will receive an email confirmation with tracking when your item/s have shipped. Tracking not included for free shipping. For made to order pieces please allow 1-3.5 weeks for shipping. Each made to order item time is different so please read the listing for custom pieces.  Made to order items will have the time needed to complete the piece on the product description. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that order animal remains that violate state laws.  When buying animal remains please be aware of your state laws.
