Refund Policy for Products

Every single piece is handmade by our two hands. We take pride in the products being delivered to your home and we want you to have a piece you can cherish for many years.

Damaged Item
Should an item arrive damaged we will be happy to replace it or issue you a refund at your discretion. Refunded items will need to be shipped back and return shipping will be covered by us.

Canceled Order

If you place an order and decide later that you no longer would like the item a refund will not be issued.

Custom Piece

If you placed an order for a custom piece and its not your vibe a refund will be issued on return receipt of the custom product. Custom products will need to be shipped back to seller. Purchaser will be responsible for cost of return shipping. Refund will not be issued until item is received in proper condition.

Package stolen/lost

Each item comes with a tracking number. If your package says it was delivered but you did n to receive it we will work with USPS to try and locate your package. If the package is unable to be located a refund will be issued after a USPS claim is filed.

Class refund policy

Class refunds are not accepted. If a class is rescheduled due to weather restrictions or Covid 19 restrictions attendee will have an option for new class dates.

Shipping Time

Thank you so much for supporting our little shop! We are a very small team that hand makes most of our products. Because of this we do have longer fulfillment times than bigger companies like Amazon. For standard priority shipping please allow 7-9 business days. Express shipping, 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking when your item/s have shipped. Tracking not included for free shipping. For made to order pieces please allow 1-3.5 weeks for shipping. Each made to order item time is different so please read the listing for custom pieces. Made to order items will have the time needed to complete the piece on the product description.
