Refund Policy for Classes

We do not issue refunds for classes. If you are unable to attend a purchased class we will put you on a cancellation list. Should a last minute cancellation occur for a future class you will be notified. If you are unable to attend the scheduled class date we cannot transfer your seat into a future class unless your original seat  is filled. In the event a class is canceled by The Terrorium Shop attendee has the option for a full refund or to attend the rescheduled class date.

Covid 19 Policy- If a class is canceled due to to the current health crisis, attendee has the option to attend the rescheduled class date, receive a full refund or a class credit. If you are feeling ill we request you do not attend the class. A class credit or refund will be issued for covid related absence. please reach out via email in this event. Safety precautions will be implemented during this time requiring attendees to wear a face mask. Hand sanitizer and a wash station will be available. We will be implementing social distancing but please note our space is small. If you are immunocompromised we encourage you to sign up for classes when the environment is safer.
